Walking the neighborhoods of District 3, D'Andre heard genuine pride in Ontario's growth, cleanliness, safety, entertainment options, new roads, and community amenities. He also heard clear-eyed concerns: traffic and speeding, unfinished infrastructure, illegal dumping, mail theft, environmental changes near remaining dairies and new development, and questions about whether public services are keeping pace with the district's rapid growth. Some residents even flagged a zip code mismatch affecting District 3 — one that has led to higher insurance rates for families who live here. These conversations reinforced a simple message: residents are optimistic about Ontario's direction, and they want growth to stay thoughtful, orderly, safe, and responsive to the people who already call this city home. That is exactly what D'Andre's platform is built to deliver.
